We have done a revamp of our Peru tour for 2017 to offer you an even more epic experience. MORE included activities, MORE included locations, LESS travel times at NO extra cost!
This is a tour for those seeking adventure. You won’t want to pause for even a moment with all the wonders Peru has to offer. With the great Incan Empire, the towering Andes, the mystical Amazon and the City of the Kings (Lima), there are few countries that can contain such a diverse blend of history, culture, landscape and wildlife. Start in Lima, the former Spanish colonial centre of the New World and the current capital of Peru, then move into the Amazon Rainforest, one of the most bio-diverse regions in the world. Monkeys, Alligators, giant river Otters, Sloths and the occasional Jaguar are all on the list of potential sightings. A visit to UNESCO World Heritage Site Machu Picchu will make for an incomparable day. Sand board and ride dune buggies at the oasis of Huacachina. Peru is waiting for the adventure-seeking traveler.
Please make sure to select whether you would like to INCLUDE the 1-day visit to Machu Picchu on your tour, or if you would prefer to book a 4-day/3-night trek through a third party operator under the "tour add-ons" section of your sign-up form. More information on that below.
Seasonal Pricing is in effect for select tours, please see our FAQ for more information.
Machu Picchu Trek Options:
Option 1 ($220): This option is for those that would like to include the regular one day visit to Machu Picchu with our tour group. It includes a bus + train to the top of Machu Picchu, admission to the site, and a bus + train back to Cuzco. Option 2 (through 3rd party operator): For those that would like to do the 4-day/3-night trek up Machu Picchu, run by a separate company. You will book a trek to the top of Machu Picchu, through a third party operator, which will cover the cost of admission to Machu Picchu, and arrange your own transportation back to Cuzco afterwards. We will provide you with the date you need to depart on (below) to make the booking process as streamlined as possible. If the trek you book does not include return transportation to Cuzco after Machu Picchu please let us know and we will book it on your behalf at a cost of $120.

Important Information Regarding Flights: We currently offer to include round-trip airfare departing from any location; if your location isn’t listed, select ‘other' during your sign-up according to your region, and include your requested departure city in the comments box. We offer to book flights on your behalf to provide a smooth trip for you, but you are more than welcome to book your own flights, in which case you would select a ‘land only’ tour. The difference in price between the land only cost of the tour, and your package price for the round-trip flights + tour option, is your flight allowance. If the cost of your flight is more than the flight allowance, then that difference will be communicated to you prior to booking the flights, which will then will be added to your invoice and booked only after receiving your confirmation.
During the months of July, August & December, flights tend to increase in cost substantially, so there will most likely be an additional flight fee to fly during those times; however, please keep in mind that flights fees can occur at any time of the year because the aviation industry tends to have erratic pricing.
Please note that due to time zones and travel time, flight departures are normally 1 day prior to the trip start date.
