Commit to your Sadhana (daily spiritual practice). You will get to experience daily dynamic yoga classes geared towards developing all levels of practitioner focusing on balancing, strengthening and opening the body through Hatha Yoga techniques. Depending on the class, duration can run from 60 minutes to 90 minutes in length. The teacher will guide you through breathing techniques and meditation at the end to strengthen the lungs and centre the mind. This is an invigorating practice, cleansing and healing body and mind.
