AWAKEN AWE RETREAT ITINERARY

Day One (Sunday, March 24) 

  • Check-in to the hotel starts at 2:00 PM
  • In the early evening (5:00 PM) we will enjoy a restorative yoga and grounding practice.
  • After our practice, we host a welcome dinner at 7:00 PM, where we will get to dine together for the first time, and get to know your new group! 
  • Following dinner, we will host an opening ceremony. 
  • Included Experiences: Meeting the Group, Restorative Yoga & Grounding Practice, Welcome Dinner, Opening Ceremony & Connection. 

Day Two (Monday, March 25) 

  • At 8:00 AM, we will host an Iyengar Yoga practice, followed by breakfast. 
  • For the rest of the day, you will have a free day to relax and explore Kasbah Beldi. 
  • At 5:00, we will be hosting a coaching circle with the group, followed by dinner. 
  • At 8:00, we will host an intention setting ceremony. 
  • Included Experiences: Iyengar Yoga Practice, Coaching Circle, Intention Setting Ceremony. 

Day Three (Tuesday, March 26) 

  • At 8:00 AM, we will host an Vinyasa Yoga practice, followed by breakfast. 
  • At 11:00 AM, we will go on a tour of Medina and attend a cooking class. 
  • At 5:00, we will be hosting a journaling workshop with the group, followed by dinner. 
  • At 8:00, we will host a restorative yoga practice.  
  • Included Experiences: Vinyasa Yoga Practice, Medina tour, Cooking Class, Journaling Workshop, Restorative Yoga Practice.  

Day Four (Wednesday, March 27) 

  • At 8:00 AM, we will host an Katonah Yoga practice, followed by breakfast. 
  • At 11:00 AM, we will depart on an Atlas Mountains Hike
  • At 5:00, we will be hosting a Pranayama exercise with the group, followed by dinner. 
  • At 8:00, we will host a group meditation.  
  • Included Experiences: Katonah Yoga Practice, Atlas Mountains Hike, Pranayama, Mediation.

Day Five (Thursday, March 28) 

  • At 8:00 AM, we will host a Vinyasa Yoga practice, followed by breakfast. 
  • For the rest of the day, you can enjoy free time to explore Marrakesh. 
  • At 5:00, we will be hosting a journaling workshop with the group, followed by dinner. 
  • At 8:00, we will host a restorative yoga practice.  
  • Included Experiences: Vinyasa Yoga Practice, Journaling Workshop, Restorative Yoga Practice. 

Day Six (Friday, March 29) 

  • At 8:00 AM, we will host an Iyengar Yoga practice, followed by breakfast. 
  • At 11:00 AM, we will go on the ride of your life, on the back of a camel! 
  • At 5:00, we will be hosting a reflection and closing ceremony, followed by a celebration dinner.  
  • Included Experiences: Iyengar Yoga Practice, Camel Ride, Reflection & Closing Ceremony. 

Day Seven (Saturday, March 30) 

  • At 7:00 AM, we will host an Integration Flow practice, followed by breakfast. 
  • At 11:00 AM, we will go on the ride of your life, on the back of a camel! 
  • At 5:00, we will be hosting a reflection and closing ceremony, followed by a celebration dinner.  
  • Included Experiences: Vinyasa Yoga Practice, Medina tour, Cooking Class, Journaling Workshop, Restorative Yoga Practice.
