Do you want to travel on your own but would like to learn a little bit about Thailand and meet some new people before you jump into the deep end?
Well we have a solution for you!
LBW’s one week Thai intro enables you to get a feel for Thailand in a safe group environment before you take off on your own. We help you decide where you want to go, how to get there and where to stay when you get there for the rest of your travels, our guides are experts in Thailand and can help you with your travel plans for after the tour. We will also teach you some basic Thai and teach you about Thai culture.
Some of our tours will be joined with our 3 and 6 week tours so if you decide you like the group dynamic you can extend your trip and continue to travel on the 3 or 6 week tour. This gives you a little more flexibility and gives you the choice to go off on your own or carry on with the group.

Bangkok is a magical city steeped in culture; some of the biggest, oldest and most beautiful temples are located here. You can visit one of the world’s biggest reclining statues of Buddha. When you are done taking in the sights, Bangkok has enough bargain shopping opportunities to keep you occupied for a lifetime, and to add to the excitement you can even visit the world famous floating market. In other words, if you like to shop you will be in heaven!

To the north of Ko Phangan is a little island called Koh Tao. Being far less developed than all the other islands you’ll visit (there is only one main road), Koh Tao is a great place to kick back and relax. Another huge attraction is that this is one of the best and most affordable places in Thailand to go diving. There are over 40 PADI certified scuba diving schools here. The USA is the only country that certifies more PADI divers. You can do all your dive certificates, or if you are already qualified, go diving on some of the most amazing reefs around Thailand.
Ko Nang Yaun is a set of small twin islands just off Koh Tao. They have a band of sand that joins them, and when at high tide, it looks like people standing on the sand are walking on water! The view from the highest point is striking and spectacular! When you get back down, you will dive into the water and snorkel around the amazing coral reefs and see all the tropical fish swim right up to you. Then you can lay back, relax and enjoy a delicious cocktail as the sun comes down over the beach.
One evening we will hike up to one of the view points on the main island and have a BBQ cooked up by the locals and enjoy the amazing sunset!

Ko Phangan is so close to paradise for so many travelers that they don’t want to leave; People have been known to go for a week and end up staying for their entire lives! We make your stay on Ko Phangan long enough to fully get caught up in the magic of this amazing, exhilarating and beautiful island.
Our resort is right on the beach where they have the Full Moon Party, so you don’t need to worry about taxi’s or boats when you are ready to go home, you can simply walk home! This is a special perk to traveling with LBW as normally its impossible to get accommodation right on the full moon beach

Traveling to Thailand with LBW has been one of the best experiences of my life. The locations we visited during the tour all had very different but unforgettable things to offer. There were always new sights to see, new things to experience and new people to meet, both locals and other travelers. There were amazing activities to do but plenty of time to relax as well. We had a great group and a great tour guide. He knew how to handle any situation that arose while maintaining a calm and worry free atmosphere within the group. The travel and accommodations were clean and comfortable but still found in the heart of Thai culture. This trip has opened so many doors for me regarding my life at home but especially with my future travel plans wherever these may be.
